Sending Embroidered Stocking
Turn around time was quick and our stockings look great!
Sent a stocking tag for embroidery after purchasing blank for a future child. Item was confirmed as received and then never return shipped. Quick follow up after I reacted out, but still took over a week to ship. Shipping cost was refunded, which is nice. Quality of tag is very good.
I purchased a stocking a couple years ago for a future child so it would match the rest of the family. After our child was born, I contacted this shop to coordinate sending the stocking back to be embroidered with her name. It was so easy and I was impressed with the cost! Communication was quick, clear, and helpful. The stocking turned out beautiful! It is a perfect match in front and thread color.

Materials: microfiber, polyester.
Most of the embroidered stockings ship about one week after you place an order. Our photo Ornaments take about 2 weeks to make and then they ship. Our engraved items take about a week to make. If you have tight deadlines and ordering last minute, please contact us before you place the order to make sure your item can be made and arrive in time for your event.
We offer economy and air shipping by USPS and Fedex. All shipments are insured against loss and well packed. The default shipping method is always the economy shipping which costs less and shipping upgrades to air with their additional costs are available on the checkout screen. Shipping to USA and Worldwide on most of our items.
IMPORTANT: Standard INTERNATIONAL Shipping for SHIPMENTS up to 4 LBs is first class mail international which can take anywhere from 3 to 6 WEEKS in transit. For shipments outside of USA, please note that your country may impose CUSTOMS DUTY and local import taxes. We do not include the cost of customs duties, brokerage and import fees in our shipping costs, so please make sure to contact your local post office or customs office to find out if customs duties are payable upon receipt of the product you are purchasing.
Additional policies and FAQs
Custom orders are always welcome. Around major holidays we have to work overtime, even weekends just to keep up with the demand. We are totally obsessive about on time shipping, best quality, and ultimate customer satisfaction, we do not cut corners just to get the larger volume out. But during those peak times, we are unable to do custom orders since our shop resources and people are stretched to the max. So if you ask for a custom order during our peak times, we would let you know if our shop is unable to accept a custom work at that time and will let you know when we would be able to resume working special projects.
How do I provide you with personalization details for my order?
On item screen, there is an area labeled PERSONALIZE IT, this is where you should enter the customization / personalization details, We also have Notes to Seller on the checkout screen where you can add any special instructions you have for the order.
How soon will my order be shipped?
We make sure to ship custom orders as quickly as possible. Most of our items are custom made and shipped within 3-5 business days, but some items can take a little longer to complete. The production times do not include shipping days in transit. If you have specific deadline by which you need to receive your order, please contact us to assure we can meet your expectations.
Can I get my order made and shipped faster?
Yes but only for shipping destinations within U.S.A. We offer shipping upgrades for faster shipping methods. if you order faster shipping: Priority Mail (2-4 business days transit time) Fedex 3Day Air ( 3 business days transit time) Fedex 2Day Air ( 2 business days transit time) Fedex Next Day Air (Guaranteed 1 business day transit time) then we can shorten our production time to 2 business days and get the items to you on tight deadline. So if you need the item for a Saturday event and order your item on Monday with Fedex 2 day air, we will have it finished and shipped on Wednesday to deliver on Friday. Please note Fedex does not deliver on weekends and holidays. When you purchase faster shipping, PLEASE contact us with your deadline.
Do you ship to other countries besides USA - How much is International Shipping ?
We offer international shipping on lighter items that are not bulky.

International shipping is Expensive and then you might still be charged by your Country for Customs Duties and VAT or other Taxes. We have no way of knowing how much those duties and taxes will be and such are NOT INCLUDED in the shipping charges. So please be sure to check with your customs. The default cheapest shipping option is for FIRST CLASS MAIL INTERNATIONAL which takes 20 to 45 days on average in transit. If you have time sensitive shipment, we offer FASTER AND MORE EXPENSIVE shipping methods on the checkout screen.
