Shipping policy

We customize 99.9% of the items you order from us.  Thus the time to receive our items consists of two aspects:

• How long does it take to customize, quality control, pack, and label for shipping?   We call that production time.  On average, this ranges from a couple of days to a couple of weeks, depending on the complexity of your item customization.  You can always view how long it takes to customize on the actual item detail page.
• How long does it take to ship after the items is packed and labeled for shipping?  In general, when it comes to shipping in USA: We are located in the Florida Keys, so if you are in Miami, it should be only a couple of days for the items to arrive to you with the standard shipping.  If you are remote, rural, or on the West Coast and using standard or free shipping, please allow at least a week or more for your shipment to arrive after it is customized.
