3.) Upload the photo and the text you'd like engraved. For photo memorials, please ensure to send the photo (preferably with good contrast and at least 3 inches high in JPG format) 
4) Check your  messages few hours later as we will send a proof of the design for your approval.

We understand the importance of the memorial stone reflecting your vision. If you are uncertain about how the photo will look in the mockup, you are welcome to send us an alternative image. Our graphics team will assess both options to determine which one would be more suitable for the stone.
Please note that the process of cropping, restoring, and editing photos is meticulous, and as such, we include one photo mockup in your order at no additional cost. We are happy to make revisions to this mockup to better align with your preferences. If you wish to see a mockup with a second image, please be aware there is an Additional Photo Mockup Fee of $10.00 per image. This option allows you the flexibility to compare and choose the best representation for your memorial marker.

ENGRAVING: appears as speckled grayish-white revealing the raw granite stone under the highly polished black granite surface with it's natural speckles typical for absolute black granite.

INDOOR / OUTDOOR: Can It Be For Indoor & Outdoor?: YES, perfect for placement in your garden, yard, or any special indoor or outdoor area.

DURABILITY: Will the engraving fade? No our precise laser engraving ensures your chosen text is seamlessly etched into the granite, guaranteeing longevity and readability. Our memorial stones are resistant to weather and time, perfect for outdoor settings. With occasional cleaning to remove grease, dirt, or hard water stains, and it will look as beautiful as the day it arrived.

PLEASE NOTE if choosing the DELUXE Stone, these cannot be shipped to PO BOX, we would need the address that is deliverable by Fedex or UPS, otherwise, if PO BOX is the only option, we would need to send you an invoice to pay additional $25 as the shipping to PO Boxes on the DELUXE stones that weigh 21 lbs is super expensive by the Post Office.
