Personalized Bohemian Glass Ball Photo Ornament
Our Bohemian Glass Ball Photo Ornaments are truly exceptional. Normal glass ball ornaments are made of glass thickness of about an egg-shell. These Bohemian Glass Balls are made out of special break-resistant glass called SIMAX. This glass is very thick, so just like laboratory glass, it is break-resistant. We have them hand-blown exclusively for us by glass artisans. They have a metallic gold-colored topper. At 3 1/4'' they aren't a small bulb either. Because these are glass ornaments they will have no seam on the bulb itself. We print your picture on a stripe of the clear band and then shrink the band onto the ornament. The printing is on the inside of the clear band, so it is protected from scratching or any kind of deterioration, so you will have an amazing keepsake for life. Yes - they are more expensive than regular glass ornaments - that is because they are made of special break-resistant glass by the only workshop in the world in the world that makes them, especially for custom made for us.
We have changed the ball design for 2023 - the gold top of the ornament is larger in diameter and the glass ball finish is more white, compared to the previous years when the top was a smaller diameter and glass color was more like porcelain white.

Choose a good picture in good resolution - 150 DPI or more, JPG or PNG format - a nice sharp picture is important. If you upload a blurry picture then your print will be as bad! It does not have to be huge, most pics taken by your phone are fine.
Make sure to provide any special instructions in checkout in the notes. You can add the picture and a few lines of text. The text you see on our ornament is just an example of what can be done. Let your creativity flow, you can customize the ornament with a name, year, funny saying, Christmas wish.... or any combination of those. We customize a large 3-1/4 inch Christmas ball ornament by printing your image and text into one of our pre-designed borders onto a clear band and then affix the banded image permanently to the ornament. The image is not printed directly onto the ornament.
They come packaged in a clear resealable clamshell that is also a storage box.

Production time:
Most of the embroidered stockings ship about one week after you place an order. Our photo Ornaments take about 2 weeks to make and then they ship. Our engraved items take about a week to make. If you have tight deadlines and ordering last minute, please contact us before you place the order to make sure your item can be made and arrive in time for your event.
Shipping:
We offer economy and air shipping by USPS and Fedex. All shipments are insured against loss and well packed. The default shipping method is always the economy shipping which costs less and shipping upgrades to air with their additional costs are available on the checkout screen. Shipping to USA and Worldwide on most of our items.
IMPORTANT: Standard INTERNATIONAL Shipping for SHIPMENTS up to 4 LBs is first class mail international which can take anywhere from 3 to 6 WEEKS in transit. For shipments outside of USA, please note that your country may impose CUSTOMS DUTY and local import taxes. We do not include the cost of customs duties, brokerage and import fees in our shipping costs, so please make sure to contact your local post office or customs office to find out if customs duties are payable upon receipt of the product you are purchasing.

Custom orders are always welcome. Around major holidays we have to work overtime, even weekends just to keep up with the demand. We are totally obsessive about on time shipping, best quality, and ultimate customer satisfaction, we do not cut corners just to get the larger volume out. But during those peak times, we are unable to do custom orders since our shop resources and people are stretched to the max. So if you ask for a custom order during our peak times, we would let you know if our shop is unable to accept a custom work at that time and will let you know when we would be able to resume working special projects.
How do I provide you with personalization details for my order?
On item screen, there is an area labeled PERSONALIZE IT, this is where you should enter the customization / personalization details, We also have Notes to Seller on the checkout screen where you can add any special instructions you have for the order.
How soon will my order be shipped?
We make sure to ship custom orders as quickly as possible. Most of our items are custom made and shipped within 3-5 business days, but some items can take a little longer to complete. The production times do not include shipping days in transit. If you have specific deadline by which you need to receive your order, please contact us to assure we can meet your expectations.
Can I get my order made and shipped faster?
Yes but only for shipping destinations within U.S.A. We offer shipping upgrades for faster shipping methods. if you order faster shipping: Priority Mail (2-4 business days transit time) Fedex 3Day Air ( 3 business days transit time) Fedex 2Day Air ( 2 business days transit time) Fedex Next Day Air (Guaranteed 1 business day transit time) then we can shorten our production time to 2 business days and get the items to you on tight deadline. So if you need the item for a Saturday event and order your item on Monday with Fedex 2 day air, we will have it finished and shipped on Wednesday to deliver on Friday. Please note Fedex does not deliver on weekends and holidays. When you purchase faster shipping, PLEASE contact us with your deadline.
Do you ship to other countries besides USA - How much is International Shipping ?
We offer international shipping on lighter items that are not bulky.

International shipping is Expensive and then you might still be charged by your Country for Customs Duties and VAT or other Taxes. The default cheapest shipping option is for FIRST CLASS MAIL INTERNATIONAL which takes 20 to 45 days on average in transit.
