Choose a shipping upgrade at checkout - Priority Mail (2 to 4 business days), FedEx 3 Day, 2 Day, or Next Day Air - and we will shorten production to 2 business days. Order on Monday with FedEx 2 Day and we finish and ship Wednesday to deliver Friday. FedEx does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Please email us your deadline when you upgrade.

Yes, on lighter items that are not bulky. The default option is First Class Mail International, which averages 20 to 45 days in transit. Faster methods are offered at checkout. Please note your country may charge customs duty, VAT, or other import taxes. These are not included in our shipping charges, so check with your local customs office before ordering.

Non-personalized items can be returned for 100% of the item purchase price - you only pay return shipping. Because customized items cannot be resold, a personalized return is refunded at 50% of the original purchase price.
