Look for the red PERSONALIZE IT button on this page. Click it and enter your names, dates, and any font or thread color choices there. You can also add special instructions in the Notes to Seller box at checkout. If you are unsure about spelling, sizing, or matching a specific color, email us before you order and we will help.

Most embroidered stockings ship about one week after you place your order. Engraved items take about a week, and photo ornaments take about two weeks. Production time does not include days in transit. If you have a firm deadline, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm we will make it.

Yes, for destinations within the USA. Choose a shipping upgrade at checkout - Priority Mail (2 to 4 business days), FedEx 3 Day, 2 Day, or Next Day Air - and we will shorten production to 2 business days. Order on Monday with FedEx 2 Day and we finish and ship Wednesday to deliver Friday. FedEx does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Please email us your deadline when you upgrade.

Yes, on lighter items that are not bulky. The default option is First Class Mail International, which averages 20 to 45 days in transit. Faster methods are offered at checkout. Please note your country may charge customs duty, VAT, or other import taxes. These are not included in our shipping charges, so check with your local customs office before ordering.

Please email us at stockingfactory@gmail.com within 6 hours of placing your order. We check for cancellations throughout the day, but we work fast, and once a personalized item has been made it cannot be undone.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Email us at stockingfactory@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the item. We will arrange a free replacement and send it within 2 to 3 business days.

Non-personalized items can be returned for 100% of the item purchase price - you only pay return shipping. Because customized items cannot be resold, a personalized return is refunded at 50% of the original purchase price. If you are matching a specific color, size, or material, order a plain one first to check the match, then order your fully personalized set.
