How do I personalize this item?

Look for the red PERSONALIZE IT button on this page. Click it and enter your names, dates, and any font or thread color choices there. You can also add special instructions in the Notes to Seller box at checkout. If you are unsure about spelling, sizing, or matching a specific color, email us before you order and we will help.

How long will my order take to make?

Most embroidered stockings ship about one week after you place your order. Engraved items take about a week, and photo ornaments take about two weeks. Production time does not include days in transit. If you have a firm deadline, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm we will make it.

Can I get my order made and shipped faster?

Yes, for destinations within the USA. Choose a shipping upgrade at checkout - Priority Mail (2 to 4 business days), FedEx 3 Day, 2 Day, or Next Day Air - and we will shorten production to 2 business days. Order on Monday with FedEx 2 Day and we finish and ship Wednesday to deliver Friday. FedEx does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Please email us your deadline when you upgrade.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes, on lighter items that are not bulky. The default option is First Class Mail International, which averages 20 to 45 days in transit. Faster methods are offered at checkout. Please note your country may charge customs duty, VAT, or other import taxes. These are not included in our shipping charges, so check with your local customs office before ordering.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please email us at stockingfactory@gmail.com within 6 hours of placing your order. We check for cancellations throughout the day, but we work fast, and once a personalized item has been made it cannot be undone.

What if my item arrives damaged or personalized incorrectly?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Email us at stockingfactory@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the item. We will arrange a free replacement and send it within 2 to 3 business days.

Can I return a personalized item?

Non-personalized items can be returned for 100% of the item purchase price - you only pay return shipping. Because customized items cannot be resold, a personalized return is refunded at 50% of the original purchase price. If you are matching a specific color, size, or material, order a plain one first to check the match, then order your fully personalized set.

THIS LISTING IS FOR ONLY THE IVORY
Ivory
20" inch cable knits that are about 7.5" wide at the cuff opening. The stockings are measured diagonally from where the stocking hanger attaches to the toe of the stocking.

These wood tags only come in ONE font, which is the one shown in the images.

The listing is for one stocking, we hung them together so you can see what they look like in case you wanted to make a set.

Fully lined inside. They are not reversible, e.g. the back of the stocking is not the same knit pattern to they can only be hung with the toe pointing to the right like you see them in our photos.

PERSONALIZED with elegant rustic wood name. The Wooden Name tags are elegant and give the stocking that final AWESOME touch while keeping the Lodge / Rustic Theme. The Fur is too thick, so we do not embroider them on the cuff, we just personalize these with our famous wooden name tags.

Please give us 5-6 calendar days to customize the tags for the stockings - or less! We have the stockings already made in stock and just make the custom tags, so they will reach you within days of your order if you are in USA.

YOU CAN ORDER BLANK STOCKINGS FOR FUTURE CHILDREN AND WE WILL BE HAPPY TO MAKE THE TAGS THEM IN FUTURE YEARS

We purchase the stockings already made from different makers. This one is custom made for us - no one else sells it. Then we customize the stockings in our Florida Keys shop with embroidery or tags.
