How do I personalize this item?

Look for the red PERSONALIZE IT button on this page. Click it and enter your names, dates, and any font or thread color choices there. You can also add special instructions in the Notes to Seller box at checkout. If you are unsure about spelling, sizing, or matching a specific color, email us before you order and we will help.

How long will my order take to make?

Most embroidered stockings ship about one week after you place your order. Engraved items take about a week, and photo ornaments take about two weeks. Production time does not include days in transit. If you have a firm deadline, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm we will make it.

Can I get my order made and shipped faster?

Yes, for destinations within the USA. Choose a shipping upgrade at checkout - Priority Mail (2 to 4 business days), FedEx 3 Day, 2 Day, or Next Day Air - and we will shorten production to 2 business days. Order on Monday with FedEx 2 Day and we finish and ship Wednesday to deliver Friday. FedEx does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Please email us your deadline when you upgrade.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes, on lighter items that are not bulky. The default option is First Class Mail International, which averages 20 to 45 days in transit. Faster methods are offered at checkout. Please note your country may charge customs duty, VAT, or other import taxes. These are not included in our shipping charges, so check with your local customs office before ordering.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please email us at stockingfactory@gmail.com within 6 hours of placing your order. We check for cancellations throughout the day, but we work fast, and once a personalized item has been made it cannot be undone.

What if my item arrives damaged or personalized incorrectly?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Email us at stockingfactory@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the item. We will arrange a free replacement and send it within 2 to 3 business days.

Can I return a personalized item?

Non-personalized items can be returned for 100% of the item purchase price - you only pay return shipping. Because customized items cannot be resold, a personalized return is refunded at 50% of the original purchase price. If you are matching a specific color, size, or material, order a plain one first to check the match, then order your fully personalized set.

Modern meets Traditional with these Buffalo Plaid Christmas Stockings. Featuring a bright white Sherpa Cuff with Plaid Buttons. The boot takes a different tone with more of an Off White/Ivory Hue with the Black/Grey Buffalo Check. At 20" long and 8" wide, it brings festive cheer whether it holds gifts hanging from your fireplace or on the wall beside your Christmas tree.

STOCKING DETAILS:

🎁 Stocking dimensions: 20" long along the diagonal, with a 8" width across the Sherpa cuff.
🎁 Ready to Hang with matching fabric hanger.
🎁 Stocking is fully lined for added luxury and durability.
🎁 Stocking is NOT reversible. Solid Grey Reverse. Only designed to be hung with toe to the right.
🎁This listing price is for one stocking, but we displayed them together for visual reference if you wish to create a set.
🎁Each stocking can be personalized with embroidery or elegant engraved name tag. Blank non personalized stockings can be ordered as well.

PERSONALIZATION: Names are embroidered on the cuff for free. Embroidery is in our standard size, the letter height about 1.2" and max name width about 4.4"

Wood Tags Names are 3/16" wood either unfinished/natural so you can paint it yourself, or in several colors, please see additional photos/images for the color selection. The Name wood tags are relatively fragile, so you need to treat them with care, just like you would treat a glass ball Christmas ornaments.

BREAK-RESISTANT OPTIONS: Opt for the 1/16" Break Resistant and Flexible material in Mirror Brushed Gold, Mirror Brushed Rose Gold, Mirror Brushed Silver, Crimson Red, or Matte White.

Wood Tag Initials are the same materials with the same color options. Names can be engraved on initial for an additional $5.00. Choose Initial & Name from the drop down menu for this upgrade.
