Shipping Information
If you ordered standard shipping or free shipping with USA destination, we usually use USPS and Fedex Ground. For international destination we use USPS and Fedex International.
The shipping costs are quoted on the checkout screen and are based on a total weight of your order and destination as well as shipping speed you choose.
We ship from USA and if your country charges customs fees, then yes, please be prepared to pay customs fees, duties and other fees imposed by our home Country's government. We do not have a way to calculate this in advance so it is important for you to take this into account when purchasing from us. To obtain information on the regulations in your Country, please contact your Customs Office.
We guarantee your item for safe arrival, so if there is a problem, such as broken or incorrect or defective item, please give us a call 1-800-761-9627 toll free or email us at stockingfactory@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist with replacement or refund.
Orders and Returns
Once your order ships, we shall email you a tracking number so you will be able to track it online.
For shipping within USA that is ground, economy - please allow at least 10 calendar days. If you have upgraded to for example Fedex 2 day air, please note the transit time may up to an extra day due to current issues in transport chain. The express shipping is in business days, not calendar days. If you see significant delay and tracking does not show delivered feel free to reach out to the carrier through their website and or to our customer service by email or a phone call.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you receive defective, damaged, incorrectly personalized or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt by email stockingfactory@gmail.com and include a picture of the item so we can arrange for free replacement that will be sent within 2-3 business days.
Please note that customized items ( we customize by print, embroidery, engraving ) cannot be resold. While we are happy to accept returns on non personalized items for 100% of the item purchase price, if you decide to return one that was personalized per your specifications, we will be issuing refund in the 50 % of the original purchase price. So if you are doing a special color matching, size matching, material matching and are not sure if the item you are purchasing from us is a perfect match, order a non personalized one first, then you can always return it for full refund. If your non personalized item is a good match - then you can proceed with ordering fully personalized set. If you have questions about the item that are not answered in our online listing, please contact us and we will be happy to send additional photos and info on demand. This definitely prevents returns of products that are unwanted :-)
We start customizing your items within hours of receiving the order, so if you need to make cancelation, please let customer service know by email to stockingfactory@gmail.com with your order number within 4 hours after you placed the order. If you wanted to cancel after 4 hours since you placed your order, it may not be possible as we may have already begun a process of customizing your items.
Any changes or corrections to customization need to be communicated to us within 4 hours after you have placed the order. We strive to personalize and ship your order as fast as possible and some items get personalized within a few hours after you place the order, so it is critical that you notify us of any changes right away. Payments
We accept major credit cards.
If the gift card has Visa / MasterCard or AMEX symbol on it, you can use it as such credit card.
Our Credit card processing has secure server and fraud check - so please make sure that you are entering name, address and security code that is linked to that card, otherwise the payment system might be rejecting your payment for security reasons.
If you have received order confirmation screen and an order number, then your payment has gone through.
