How do I personalize this item?

Look for the red PERSONALIZE IT button on this page. Click it and enter your names, dates, and any font or thread color choices there. You can also add special instructions in the Notes to Seller box at checkout. If you are unsure about spelling, sizing, or matching a specific color, email us before you order and we will help.

How long will my order take to make?

Most embroidered stockings ship about one week after you place your order. Engraved items take about a week, and photo ornaments take about two weeks. Production time does not include days in transit. If you have a firm deadline, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm we will make it.

Can I get my order made and shipped faster?

Yes, for destinations within the USA. Choose a shipping upgrade at checkout - Priority Mail (2 to 4 business days), FedEx 3 Day, 2 Day, or Next Day Air - and we will shorten production to 2 business days. Order on Monday with FedEx 2 Day and we finish and ship Wednesday to deliver Friday. FedEx does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Please email us your deadline when you upgrade.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes, on lighter items that are not bulky. The default option is First Class Mail International, which averages 20 to 45 days in transit. Faster methods are offered at checkout. Please note your country may charge customs duty, VAT, or other import taxes. These are not included in our shipping charges, so check with your local customs office before ordering.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please email us at stockingfactory@gmail.com within 6 hours of placing your order. We check for cancellations throughout the day, but we work fast, and once a personalized item has been made it cannot be undone.

What if my item arrives damaged or personalized incorrectly?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Email us at stockingfactory@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the item. We will arrange a free replacement and send it within 2 to 3 business days.

Can I return a personalized item?

Non-personalized items can be returned for 100% of the item purchase price - you only pay return shipping. Because customized items cannot be resold, a personalized return is refunded at 50% of the original purchase price. If you are matching a specific color, size, or material, order a plain one first to check the match, then order your fully personalized set.

Description

I Still Fall for you Every Day, Falling in Love / Stick Figure design. Perfect for boyfriend, girlfriend, husband, wife or any lover in any combination! Perfect for the long distance relationship, keep one pillowcase and send the other to your love!

There are 2 versions:
1) First / Main image shows Gril Falling for a Boy
2) Second image shows Boy Falling for a Girl

A pair of 2 Standard pillow cases 20 x 30 inches or if you are ordering King size, the measurements on King is 20 x 40 inches.
Pillowcase is open end envelope construction. Pillow insert is not included. Standard size is 19x30" and fits 20x26 inch standard bed pillow inserts, King Size is only available in white and measures 19x40" and fits 19x36" king size bed pillow inserts.

Great gift idea for a couple. Just switch their regular pillowcase for these and watch their heart melt!

We use a special print process which dyes the fibers with water based ink that is safe, non toxic and will become part of the pillowcase, no stickers here. Graphics based on purchased ©Cocoamit design. The colors will never fade and is perfectly safe to wash (just do not bleach) - the image becomes permanent part of the microfibers there is no hand/feel of on the image.

The pillow is made from super soft microfiber which has feel of soft cotton but better because it's moisture wicking properties will hug you softly and keep you cool at night. This micro fiber is also wrinkle resistant.

Easy care instructions: wash in warm water, machine dry on medium or low. No need to iron- if you wanted to iron it, you can just put cotton sheet such as old pillowcase or cheesecloth over the image to protect it - then iron as usual.
