How do I personalize this item?

Look for the red PERSONALIZE IT button on this page. Click it and enter your names, dates, and any font or thread color choices there. You can also add special instructions in the Notes to Seller box at checkout. If you are unsure about spelling, sizing, or matching a specific color, email us before you order and we will help.

How long will my order take to make?

Most embroidered stockings ship about one week after you place your order. Engraved items take about a week, and photo ornaments take about two weeks. Production time does not include days in transit. If you have a firm deadline, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm we will make it.

Can I get my order made and shipped faster?

Yes, for destinations within the USA. Choose a shipping upgrade at checkout - Priority Mail (2 to 4 business days), FedEx 3 Day, 2 Day, or Next Day Air - and we will shorten production to 2 business days. Order on Monday with FedEx 2 Day and we finish and ship Wednesday to deliver Friday. FedEx does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Please email us your deadline when you upgrade.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes, on lighter items that are not bulky. The default option is First Class Mail International, which averages 20 to 45 days in transit. Faster methods are offered at checkout. Please note your country may charge customs duty, VAT, or other import taxes. These are not included in our shipping charges, so check with your local customs office before ordering.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please email us at stockingfactory@gmail.com within 6 hours of placing your order. We check for cancellations throughout the day, but we work fast, and once a personalized item has been made it cannot be undone.

What if my item arrives damaged or personalized incorrectly?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Email us at stockingfactory@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the item. We will arrange a free replacement and send it within 2 to 3 business days.

Can I return a personalized item?

Non-personalized items can be returned for 100% of the item purchase price - you only pay return shipping. Because customized items cannot be resold, a personalized return is refunded at 50% of the original purchase price. If you are matching a specific color, size, or material, order a plain one first to check the match, then order your fully personalized set.

Personalized Easter Basket in Chocolate Blue for Boys or White Pink for Girls Easter Bunny Egg Basket.

Adorable Soft Plush Easter Bunny Basket with floppy ears. They have satin accents, the Bunny Boy has blue satin ears and a blue bow tie. The bunny girl has pink satin ears on the inside, a pink bow, and a pink ruffle skirt. They are adorable and quite large.

The inside is lined with matching color fabric.

The thread color used for personalizing is Off White for Boys or Hot Pink or Pink for girls. We have other thread colors as shown on the additional images under the main image but the threads mentioned here match the best... and we will be happy to use a different color if you like.... just make sure to note it in the Notes to Eugenie2 on the checkout screen.

DIMENSIONS:
7 1/2" H X 11" Opening.
Handle: 7 1/2" Long.
Ear: 12 1/2" Long.

CONSTRUCTION and MATERIAL: 100% Polyester Plush, Polyester Satin, and Polyester Felt, all soft but sturdy so it will hold lots of goodies. We do not make the Easter Bunny basket ourselves, we purchase those finished and customize them with embroidered names or initials in our Florida Keys Shop.

EMBROIDERY: Embroidered on one floppy ear with your choice of font. Please click on the tiny thumbnails under the main image to see the available fonts embroidery style. Then on the pull-down menu choose the respective font. If you prefer a monogram instead of the name, we offer the Circle Monogram option, which will be on the ear as well and we shall size it to fit.
